Service Description
Take your flying skills to the next level! This class is designed for flyers & aspiring flyers looking to improve flexibility, body positions, balance, stability, strength, and endurance. Athletes will work on deep stretching techniques, active flexibility drills, and strength training to elevate their heel stretches, scorpions, bow & arrows, arabesques, and more. The class also incorporates core stabilization, ankle strength exercises, and balance drills to help flyers hit and hold their skills with confidence. Whether you're working on refining your positions or mastering new ones, this class will help you stand out in the air!
